Here's your Episode 2 of the killer Ab workout Series.. add this to your training routine, that ideally, should be 3 - 4 times a week, for a minimum of 30 minutes... No, no, no... you've got NO excuses.. you don't have to go to a gym, all you need in the name of equipment, is a mat or a towel to lay on the floor, and off you go! Happy workouts...
